Intel needed us to develop a global integrated marketing campaign that inspires and empowers employees to take advantage of new learning, career development and mobility resources at Intel. Targeting all of Intel’s 100K+ employees, my Strategy Director and I spoke to 9 throughout the world, hoping to glean some insights into how Intel can better serve their employee’s career path. I created and defined an aesthetic for the campaign, directed the photo and video shoot as well as creative directed a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Editors, Production Artists, in delivering a series of videos, posters, elevators clings, pop-up banners, digital signage, a learning guide, a landing page, and a campaign playbook.
